I recieved a steering wheel that took 1 month to arrive for it to not be compatible with my car. My car has now sat outside for 2 months now without a steering wheel due to the suppliers wrong doing. I’ve been messaging back and forth with really delayed responses and finally I had some hope I was sent a QC photo of the wheel before a new one got shipped out and it was the wrong one again. I’m still trying to get the correct wheel from the manufacturer but the customer service has been really bad and the tracking link provided does not work.

And you kept making different requests, and we changed the steering wheel many times according to your requirements. We intercepted the goods many times and re-produced and modified them, and we didn't charge any fees for the product or shipping. This is what the customer said about such bad service
